Constructed of off white paper with black ink, featuring typewritten particulars to PAUL SCHLIWA, who was born on 15 January 1920 in Karlshof (misspelled as KALSHOF), Kreis Tarnowitz (now Poland), who joined the NSDAP on 1 May 1935 and served with the HJ from 1933 until1938, who was sworn into Waffen SS service on 21 June 1940 and entered active service on 8 October 1940 with an artillery unit, and who attained the ranks
